Hello there!I am Xi, a name that means happiness in Chinese.
I am currently a Product Manager II at Splunk. In the summer of 2023, I interned with Splunk's GDI team, focusing on the market acquisition of the Edge Processor. You can read about my journey in this blog.
I am a graduate of Yale University's MBA Program as a Silver Scholar, a unique initiative that select around 30 students globally to enroll directly after undergraduate. In the past, I studied Computer Science at Johns Hopkins University with a minor in Finance.

During 2018-2022, I worked as a product design intern at Intuit's Quickbook Team, private equity intern at Temasek, a product manager at Hirebeat, and a business analyst at Tencent. Through working closely with founders, product managers, and analysts, I found myself fascinated by designing and examining the product from both market and product angle. I became skilled in problem-solving, analytics, and product design with strong curiosity, learning ability, and social awareness.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, my cat (Anan, who is 8 years old ), bullet journaling, playing tennis, and cooking. I love hot pot.

Product Design
At Hopkins, I majored in Computer Science with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Courses like Object-Oriented Software Engineering sparked my passion, turning theory into practice. My experience at Intuit deepened that passion, providing hands-on experience in designing user interfaces that are both functional and engaging.
​I am committed to further apply my expertise and passion to future projects, crafting innovative solutions that make everyday interactions with technology simpler, smoother, and more enjoyable.​

Data & Engineering
At Yale, I continued to hone my data analytical skills through a joint degree in Asset Management, diving into quantitative investing, financial econometrics, and machine learning.
This hands-on experience really deepened my technical know-how, giving me the ability to tackle complex data and make smart, informed decisions.

Hustle with Vision
From my first Android app, "IceBreaker," designed to spark meaningful conversations between strangers, to the website "EmoHub," which shares positive content with those who need it most, I've always been driven to create products with a purpose.
​
In 2022, I became a founding team member of Froopyland, a project I often describe as the vertical classifier for the metaverse or the Gitcoin for NFT artists. Each of these experiences reflects my passion for innovation and my commitment to building products that make a difference.
